I tried ordering from ptula.com, but pretty much every size and color I actually wanted was out of stock. I kept checking back hoping something would change, but there were no updates and nothing seemed to come back. It made me feel kind of left in the dark, like I was just wasting my time refreshing the site with no idea if or when anything would be available again.

I really liked how cute it looked at first, but the seams started coming apart after just two washes. It was a little disappointing, if that makes sense.

I thought maybe I had clicked the wrong thing, actually, no, I checked again and these just weren’t the items I ordered. Disappointing

I was really disappointed when this arrived because the color looked nothing like the photos online. I figured I’d reach out to support to see if there was anything they could do, but I just kept getting passed around in circles and never got a clear answer. The whole thing ended up being frustrating

I’ll be fair and say this might totally work for someone with different taste, but it just wasn’t for me. The design looked a bit cheaper than I expected, and the colors felt kind of off in person.

Like I said, I’ve been waiting on this refund for way longer than expected. I get that things can take a few days, but like I said, it’s still not back and it’s getting frustrating.

Got the same size in both, but they fit completely different. Kinda over it at this point

I had high hopes for these leggings, so I was disappointed once I actually wore them. They felt tight in random places, and the waistband kept pressing into me whenever I sat down, which made me feel irritated and distracted the whole time. After about an hour, I just wanted to get them off because I couldn’t relax or feel comfortable in them. I can see how they might work for someone else, but for me they didn’t feel good enough for everyday wear or working out...

I’ve been waiting for weeks for my exchange, and I still haven’t gotten it or any real help from support. I don’t know what’s going on ?? The whole process has just been frustrating and confusing.

Bending or squatting was annoying. I reached out to support, and it kind of felt like they were blaming me for picking the wrong size instead of acknowledging the fabric just isn’t very flexible. I bought these Ptula leggings hoping they'd be a safe pick for the gym, but they went totally see-through when I did squats. Super awkward, and the kind of thing I try to avoid because I don't want to be second-guessing my outfit mid-workout. The return process was a pain. Too many steps. Not clear at all. I kept having to check what to do next, and it felt way slower than it should’ve been. Just frustrating

I ordered from Ptula expecting it to show up within a reasonable amount of time, but the shipping ended up being really slow. The frustrating part was that it just sat there for days with barely any updates, so I kept having to check the tracking myself.
When it finally arrived, the clothes were fine, but by that point I was already annoyed. For me, the overall experience matters, and the long wait made me hesitant to order again.

I ordered my usual size, but yeah, the fit was just weird. It was super tight around the waist, but then somehow loose in the legs, which was frustrating. dealing with the return was kind of a hassle too.

My delivery never showed up, which is totally fine, I guess... except I’m still sitting here waiting on an order that was supposed to arrive already. Not exactly thrilled about it.
